Ego and Essence:
A User Guide for the Soul
by Tonia Pinheiro

Published in 2024, this book is a culmination and explanation of what I’ve learned about how my ego and mind work, and topics I’ve shared in various workshops, classes, talks and private sessions.

As it came together, I realized that the concepts should be understood and applied from a very young age. It is designed to help each person be better prepared to understand what the invisible systems of the body were meant to do to navigate the world more confidently.  It also helps to better understand the behaviors of people who are damaged, as well as those who are supportive.

It is written for teens and adults seeking clarity about who they are and how to navigate the human experience. For parents to guide the development of their young children.  Those who practice inner observations to make beneficial adjustments to improve the quality of their life and experiences may benefit from it the most.

It is especially for those on the edge of completely closing down mentally or emotionally, or who are hungry for new, more revelatory ideas, connection and self-awareness.

Sweet Water Shadow Woman, a memoir
by Toni Kelleher

Sweet Water Shadow Woman was published in 2016 under a pen name to lessen my fear of being known publicly. (Past life stuff for sure, and discussed in the memoir.)  It is both a personal telling of my spiritual path and a creative expression that went outside the bounds of a traditional memoir by including reflections from close people in my life, and some of my poetry.

“Sweet Water learned to hide her true nature in a self-made prison of compliance, protection, pain, grief and betrayal. The world, and the people in it, showed Sweet Water what was expected of her. She obeyed until the day her inner Shadow Woman was called forth to help her unlearn everything she believed was true, in order to survive.”
