Transmission Meditation group

Mondays, 7:30-9:00 pm ET on Zoom. No fee.

HOW IT WORKS 

“A group of 3 or more people meet at the same day and time each week. We say aloud together the Great Invocation, which has been given to humanity for the purpose of conducting Transmission Meditation. The group then sits in silence while each individual focuses their attention on the Ajna center, the Third Eye. If the mind or attention wanders away, inwardly and silently chant OM and bring your attention back to the Ajna center. FORMAT:
7:15-7:30 pm ET: Sign into Zoom to set name, adjust video & audio, say hello.
7:33 pm ET: Opening bell, prayers, The Great Invocation, and guided centering to create the group field.
Silent Meditation – from end of opening prayers until 8:30 pm ET (you can stop video if you wish).
8:30 pm ET: Closing bell and prayers.
Once closing prayers are complete, you can leave the group before we begin either of the following segments, just let us know you’re signing off.

8:33 pm ET: Talking Stick-style sharing of what came up in the meditation, what’s going on in our lives, what is in our heart, or anything else – while the rest of us listen without comments or questions (muted) until the open talk. Be mindful of the length of time you talk with respect for and consideration of others in the group. Then call on someone else when you’re finished.
Open Talk – from end of Talking Stick circle until 9:00’ish: Respond to what was heard, share something else, make a request, etc.

FORGIVENESS IS . . . letting go of the past for inner Peace

...choosing to be kind to myself even when no one else can, or will.
...the fastest way to heal from the pain, shame, bitterness and blame of past events beause I know that the past is now only a memory my mind chooses to replay in the present.
...so I can feel again the Presence, warmth and Love in my own heart.
When forgiveness is complete, I fill the hole where the event once lived with unlimited, internal, eternal, sunshine.
...I give my ego, my inner child, and my personality aspects permission to move on.
I forgive by letting go of my focus on the bad choices of others or my own bad choices that harmed me or my loved ones. I now focus each moment on the good life I choose to live.
...because I want to experience mental and emotional freedom and normalcy, and that's what forgiveness gives.
...because I realize that the recurring thoughts and memories that remind me of my trauma, are doing nothing to the perpetrator.
I know that the past can't be any different than it was, so I forgive [give up] my fixation on past events, people, and choices that hurt me.
Forgiveness is giving yourself permission to move on and reclaim your power to be whole, which was lost in past events.
...because it allows me to be fully present and alive in this moment!
Forgiveness is a selfish act of healing my heart and taking back my power to choose.
