So, you want to know what all this Wake Up! stuff is about? Well, you’ve come to the right place! More to the point – the information provided here will help you Wake Up! your consciousness!
We have to start someplace, and that place is the understanding, knowing, feeling, awareness, actually getting it, or yes – waking up to the knowing that we are an individual expression of the Source of All There Is… that we are a part of a grand whole… that we are all ONE and at the same time unique discrete vessels of the ONE.
I’ve always been intrigued by the phrase “I Am That I Am.” Who is the ‘I’? What is the ‘That’? Why doesn’t the saying stop at “I Am That”? What is important about the final “I Am”? What does this statement want me to know or understand in general, and in particular about the nature of reality and my own nature? I did some research and found out that “I Am That I Am” is a common English translation of the Hebrew Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh which is the response God gave to Moses in Exodus 3:14 when Moses asked: When the people ask for your name what should I tell them?
‘Am’ is the first person singular of the infinitive verb ‘be’. On onelook.com I found the following relevant quick definitions which help to clarify the meaning of the statement “I Am That I Am” through the definitions of the verb ‘to be’: have the quality of being; have life, be alive; be identical to; be someone or something; occupy a certain position or area; be somewhere; happen, occur, take place; have an existence, be extant; be identical or equivalent to; form or compose.
If the Divine Source of All There Is is the I, and if anything one can conceive of in creation is the That, then the statement means Source is | Everything | is Source. That’s a mirror statement that means the same thing on the out-breath and the in-breath, backward and forward, outside and inside, front and back, top, bottom and sides. No matter how you look at it Source is everything and everything is Source. The I is the all, the Oneness, the ONE. So, if we decide this is true, imagine what I Am That I Am means for us personally, what it means for humanity collectively, and the implications of I Am That I Am in this 3-D world of duality! Does it change the perception of reality even a little?
If I turn my attention around and metaphorically look at the Sun for a moment, I realize I Am has been there the whole time even though the clouds (of this 3-D experience) may have obscured my ability to see or even remember that it is there. Just a little something to Wake Up! our curiosity about who we are.

Breath is the Presence of Creator

Let us acknowledge and support each other in the practice of Presence – which is living and having our attention on what is in front of us in the now moment as much as possible.
The present or now moment is where our Soul can be found and our Soul is our direct connection to and line of communication with Divine Source – no middleman or expert needed.
Being focused in the present moment as much as possible, and not giving our attention or energy to any fear-driven, ego/mind/thoughts/memories or media, is the only place we can find the peace of mind, inner truth, guidance or joy we may seek or need.
Being in Presence is the only place we can access our healing and creative abilities and our gifts of Spirit. (See List of Abilities in the Veil of Unknowing chapter of Ego and Essence)
Being in Presence starts with putting our attention on each breath in and out – which is the breath of Creator allowing this physical body to live and have experiences.
We are being called more strongly than ever this coming year to focus and rely on our inner connection to the Divine as much as we possibly can so that we can lift ourselves, this planet and humanity into the Love frequency emanation of the Source of All There Is. Despite all the chaos in the world or in our lives, as more and more Light penetrates the unconsciousness of humanity, we have to hold steady and strong like Lighthouses on the rocky shores. We must be in balance internally and know that we are all embodied emanations of Creator here to help Nova Gaia shift more easily into the higher frequency she is moving into. And we are too.
Here’s the hard part . . . to be in the world while holding the Love-Light-Wisdom-Truth-Peace beam bright and steady; but not of the world, drawn into or reacting to the negativity and darkness that is trying so hard to maintain the old fear-based paradigm and status quo by resisting this unavoidable, oceanic wave of change into the new paradigm of love.
Every time we let people, or the world, or our egos pull us into fear, negativity or ignorance, we have forgotten who we are and why we’re here.
So go back to your breath again and again.
Give thanks that the Creator is always present within us and our breath is that reminder.

Cognitive Dissonance

The process and results of the 2024 presidential election caused many of us (in the U.S. and abroad) to experience cognitive dissonance. We also witnessed countless projections, perhaps without being able to name them that way. As I listened to various comments, I heard them as the self-concepts and beliefs of the speakers being projected onto and assigned to others. My internal radar reported the vibrational resonance or dissonance frequencies of the candidates, which ultimately guided my choice. A choice that came from my Soul perspective rather than from my human mind looking outside for reasons to make the “right choice” for president.
Yesterday, while cleaning up my emails, I came across this comment that was posted in August 2024 in response to my book release announcement for Ego and Essence: A User Guide for the Soul:
When you become “Drama Free” I’ll read your book!
My only reaction to the comment was “Wow, really?” Then I saw the person’s tagline under their name:
Where Elders are Honored for their Vibrant Existence.
Then I thought, “This is a good example of projection and cognitive dissonance.”
Had I not seen the tagline I would have simply moved on, but I experienced cognitive dissonance between what was written and what the tagline said. I concluded that elders (which I am) are only “honored for their Vibrant Existence” if they meet the personal expectations and acceptability standards of the writer’s judgment.
I share this with you because the comment was a useful illustration of a projection, where one’s inner state, behavior or belief is seen in another but not recognized in oneself, otherwise another kind of comment might have been written. The tagline produced cognitive dissonance in my mind when seen in the context of the comment.
If the comment had said this: When I become “Drama Free” I’ll read your book, that would have been an honest, self-reflection. Then I might have replied, if you read the book and practice the exercises, you can become drama free much more quickly. But because the person, or more specifically their egoic self, is expecting and waiting for me to become drama free, this projection ensures that they never have to read the book or take responsibility for their own drama making.
When we are able to see things from our Soul’s perspective, we can experience what people and the world have to offer without feeling victimized or being affected internally in a negative or upsetting way.
Yes, emotions may arise but they do not define us. Our emotions are vibrational frequencies that show us what does and does not resonate with our preferred state of being. When a person or group feels that their beliefs must be imposed on others “for your own good” without regard for the differing perspectives, experiences and beliefs of those others, it causes cognitive dissonance between stated values such as “liberty and justice for all” and actions to the contrary. However, when our human self relies on the Soul for perspective, it does not have to trigger a fear-based response when that dissonance happens.
We have been called to step into and live from our sovereign divinity where personal power, authority and ability to discern truth and benevolence is available to us, at all times, without needing others to comply with our wishes or demands in order for us to feel safe, satisfied or complete.
I wrote Ego and Essence: A User Guide for the Soul to share what I’ve learned internally and what I practice daily to help all of us know and live from our inner state of Soul Essence, freedom and knowing that nothing in the human world can touch us unless we choose it.

The two trains and splitting of timelines

This is a message I channeled from Archangel Michael, a helpful metaphysical perspective for this post-presidential election time.
Beloveds,
This is Archangel Michael on behalf of the legions of Heaven,
I bring this message to you for your understanding about what is now happening spiritually and energetically. I want you to know that you have entered the split of timelines for Earth. Earth has ascended into the 5th dimension of love, truth, compassion and joy in service to others. The timeline you are now leaving – but can still see in your outer world – will remain for those souls who choose fear and warfare, suffering and ignorance over love without conditions for all beings.
Imagine that you are on a train, a soul train of your choosing for the destination you desire of harmony, love, joy, creativity, freedom, benevolence, care and collaboration. There is another train next to your train with those who wish to go back in time to repeat experiences that have already happened.
Your soul train is moving toward what is considered the unknown by your human mind. The ego train is moving into what the collective ego wishes to maintain. The cost of your train ticket requires you to enter into unwavering inner trust that, in each moment, the Divine is guiding you into the higher frequencies of your soul self while you still inhabit your body. The cost of the ego train ticket requires strict adherence to fear-based beliefs, resistance to change, and fear-based actions toward others.
God knows how to run and guide the soul train for your highest good and divine purpose. God allows the ego train to continue on its desired track through the gift of free will to its passengers. These two trains, that contain the whole of humanity, are now leaving the station.
There are possibilities that individuals on these trains can make a last-minute jump to the other train if they so choose, but they must also be able to pay the cost of the ticket, unwavering trust in the Divine or unwavering trust in the fear the ego generates.
Soon, the tracks will sufficiently diverge and there will be no further opportunities to choose differently. Why? Because the soul train’s destination exists at a frequency that must be matched or exceeded by the passengers or they – their consciousness – will not be able to exist in that frequency.
What you see around you, through the higher frequency of your soul, is the divided world you are leaving. You may still see the world as it is through the media and the opinions of others. But, you can live within it in a way that will not affect you as long as you remain in and return to that inner trust.
Do not embrace and nurture fear about what will happen to you and your loved ones. That inner trust is a magnet that draws you to the loving heart of All That Is. Fear is a magnet that draws you to the distortions of the ego. Understand this. While you may feel fear, anger, worry, hurt, and other lower vibrational emotions, let them pass through you and return to your trust. It is when you hold on to them and nurse them with stories about why they are justified that you pay for the ticket to the ego train.
Do not wonder or worry how this shift and split of the tracks will happen. Your job is to stay on the soul train by nurturing your connection with Creator through your own soul essence and your human self’s trust. You will slowly discover that you are only encountering people and situations that are riding on your soul train with you. Then you will notice that the world is more compatible, that your government is more compassionate, that your desires are more easily manifested because you have internally moved out of the frequency of duality (the ego’s domain) and into the frequency of oneness (God’s domain).
Do not judge others or yourself. Your family and friends will remain with you or relinquish their seat, as they choose. Remain open hearted. This is the ride of your life and that of your Mother Earth. God can do all things and those who choose the ego train will be fine. They will have the opportunity to live in a world, an alternate world from the one you have chosen, where they can play out more of the permutations of ego that exist without harming those, like you, who have chosen differently.
Keep your focus on your inner condition as you go through your daily activities. Allow darkness and fear to rise to the surface of your conscious mind, thank them for their service and lessons about what you do and do not want to experience any more, then release them to God. Remember that people will show you through their words and actions what still remains in your system to be released. When uncomfortable or unwanted thoughts and feelings come to the surface, your job is to acknowledge and release them (path of trust) and not seek to retaliate or get even (path of ego).
You are in a time when what was hidden from you for tens of thousands of years is being revealed. The hidden truths about what God is, what Creation is, that God lives in all aspects of its creation and cannot be removed by manmade thoughts, beliefs and laws to the contrary.
Your body is a vessel for divinity to have a human experience. That human experience has run its course. The old ways are fighting to continue. The new ways and new revelations are well established in your heart and the hearts of millions of people on Earth. For those who choose peace, they will have peace. For those who choose division and domination, they will have division and domination, but not on your train.
Stay strong in your trust that God has your back and “has prepared a safe place for you in the presence of your opponents.” You may continue to see the 3-D world for a while but you do not have to be a part of it. Your trust will lead you to your Heaven on Earth, the New Earth of your making.
And so it is.
remember who you are - a message from Yeshua

I channeled this message on 12/15/24 for The Sacred Light Fellowship’s Sunday service and was guided to transcribe and share it.
Greetings Beloveds, this is your brother Yeshua.
I come to you today with blessings of Love, with greetings of Joy and Peace.
I remind you that you are just like me. I remind you that humanity, those who may believe in my presence on Earth, is awaiting the Second Coming of the Christ. And I remind you that this is happening within you.
There is no one human who will be the return of the Christ. It is within your hearts that the Christ returns to Earth. As you celebrate this season, remember that you are the embodiment of the Creator, of Father Mother God as the expression of you, just as it was the expression of me in my lifetime on Earth.
As you scan your life and find the things within you that you find undesirable or frightening, remember these are human experiences, that are not who you are. You have the power, the authority, the permission to use the God Power within you to challenge those feelings and thoughts and beliefs within you that do not bring you Joy. Challenge them, question them, question why they believe they have authority in your life when that is, in fact, not true.
Bring your Christed Consciousness into action. Soothe the places within you that protest, that cry out for justice. For these wounded parts of you are seeking the healing of the Christed Consciousness that you are.
Understand beloveds, this is not a trick of the mind. Remember that many of you, perhaps not those of you who are listening right now, but there are many of you on the planet who are under the spell of delusion and illusion. And it is up to you, to begin within yourself, to find those delusions and illusions and bring them into your heart for healing and transformation.
You are being supported within your being by all those of us who are aligned with and live the creation of Mother Father God. You are one of us. And it is simply the human memory that faults your smallness.
Do not let the world dictate to you who you are. Do not maintain the beliefs that were handed to you about who you are. It is within your heart and your divine mind that the truth resides, and so often that truth is not what the world defines. Feel this in your heart.
Allow the Light, Love, Wisdom of the Creator to fill you now . . .
My gift to you, in this season, is the gift of remembering who you are and living, walking, breathing, singing, talking, dancing that truth every day of your life.
We are one in the heart of Creator. And you are strong, capable warriors of truth as you took on this task of being human. You are loved beyond human comprehension. Trust that this is so. Know who you are.

This is a great cosmic assist to embrace and express your spiritual purpose, wisdom and powers . . .
EACH NEW MOON holds a special place in the cosmic cycle. It symbolizes and provides monthly energy and focus for fresh starts, new beginnings, and the potential for growth and transformation.
ALL 8 PLANETS ALIGN. We are about to experience a rare cosmic event on Friday, February 28, 2025 alignment of all planets in our solar system.
“The last time the eight planets were grouped within 30 degrees was Jan. 1, 1665, and the next time will be March 20, 2673, ~according to the National Solar Observatory’s facility at Sacramento Peak, California~.”
This is a rare cosmic event, that has spiritual implications, not just astronomical or astrological importance. These energies create a cosmic opening and call for our full awareness of and engagement with what is being offered to us energetically and spiritually; to choose wisely and authentically from our Soul Essence how we will use and apply these energies.
Add the new moon energy to the planetary alignment and we have the proverbial ship coming in and docking in our hearts to let us onboard! It is there to pick us up and carry us on the multi-faceted waves of focus to the internal alignment with our Soul’s purpose, a purpose we’ve been working toward and dreaming of fulfilling.
You may experience a deep need to sleep or sit quietly over the next few days. Respond to that, or whatever else your body needs to adjust to the influx of these powerful energies. Be aware. Notice if your intuition and other spiritual gifts come “online” more visibly.
The “Economic black-out” day grassroots action, calls us to do no shopping and spend no money on Friday, Feb 28th.* This quiet choice will happen within this planetary energetic activation of evolutionary awakening to inner truth, making it a lot easier to do.
*“The People’s Union boycott calls for no spending on fast food, gas or at major retailers – “No Amazon, No Walmart, No Best Buy” – starting at midnight on Feb. 28. Purchases deemed essential, i.e. food, medicine, emergency supplies, are permitted but only in cash and with small, local businesses.”
These events are an invitation to go within on Friday, February 28th – to let go of all beliefs that do not feel like truth to you, to claim and nurture your awareness of who you are as a spiritual being assisting the ascension of our planet Mother Earth/Goddess Gaia, humanity and all sentient beings.

three stories of personal encounters

Three fully grown bumble bees visited me inside my house.
April 29, 2025: I saw the first one buzzing in the open kitchen window under my cat’s feet. I was shocked to see the bee, wondered how it got inside, didn’t want Amalie to eat it, so I removed her from the open window. She resisted. I succeeded. The bee had flown upward between the window and the screen. I lifted the screen up, got a big spoon from the utensil drawer, and guided the bee to freedom out the window. That was interesting!
April 30, 2025: Fifteen minutes before a Zoom meeting I was in the kitchen and heard the unusual sound of buzzing. I followed the sound to the pantry and there was another bumble bee flying around. It took a couple of minutes to enclose it in a plastic container with a lid. I took it outside and let it go. Wow, that was 2 bees in two days! I told the women in the meeting about the bees in my kitchen.
Two hours after the meeting I went into the kitchen and heard the buzzing sound again! I captured this third bumble bee and let it go outside. I searched around the kitchen and house and found no way for these bees to get in.
When something comes in threes it is meaningful and cannot be ignored or dismissed.
I asked in my channel for the meaning of the appearance of 3 bees in 2 days and here are some excerpts from what I received:
Ayliah, my main guide: We sent you 3 bees to remind you to Be in all you do. The bees were signs and gifts to you that you are living in the natural world, a world in which you rarely enter, so it has entered into your home. Bees can be, and for you are messengers to shake you out of your belief that you are something less than you actually are.

Source as the Consciousness of Heaven: Three bees appeared so you would not dismiss this auspicious beginning of your life of bee-ing the Creator in physical form. Awakened, self-realization, transformation, these are all words that apply to you now. While you may not feel any different, you are awakened to the reality of who you are, you have realized the truth of your real self, your consciousness has transformed into that which is in constant contact with your divinity. The surprise is that you don’t feel any different, but your awareness is tuned to the God-Frequency so any words you say, thoughts you think, actions you take are all sourced from the Divine Oneness of Creation.
Master Tehuti: Your bees came to visit to remind you that the divine is working on your behalf and is present in your life in expected and unexpected ways. Use this miracle of 3 bees as a reminder of who you are and what you have drawn into your life without any effort. Your Presence of Essence class will prove to be an enlightening and life changing experience for all those who attend with you. Never doubt or fear that you may say something wrong or make a mistake. All is for learning and spiritual growth.

In the mid-1980s I attended a retreat with Sun Bear, a Metis Indian Medicine Keeper at Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu New Mexico . . .
We had all gone off to find a stone or other natural offering to create a Medicine Wheel. When we returned, we sat in a circle outside the circumference of stones.
Sun Bear was talking us through the process, and called for the first central stone, Father Sun. Just then, a bumble bee flew low across my body about 8″ from me. I didn’t want to panic or make a scene so I did a slow but deliberate Tai Chi move to brush the bee away from me, low to high.
Just before my hand went up to swat away the bee, he asked, “Who will place the Mother Earth stone in the center of the Medicine Wheel?”
Swish goes my hand. “Oh you? Good! Come on up.”
That little dance was divinely orchestrated! The Mother Earth stone was the second stone to be placed in the center.
I had decided that I’d put my stone in the North spot (I didn’t feel worthy and didn’t want to be presumptuous that I should place the Mother Earth stone). But that was not to BEE. So, I had found what looked to me like a piece of raw pink quartz* and placed it in the center of the wheel. A place of honor and responsibility and the exact stone meant to be there.
*Pink quartz, also known as Rose Quartz, is deeply associated with unconditional love, emotional healing, and peace [the qualities of Divine Feminine/Mother Earth]. It’s believed to open the heart chakra, promoting compassion, self-love, and fostering loving relationships.
So, you see, BEE means a lot to me!

I really didn’t want to do this. However, after our Wednesday meditation we were discussing what would happen at the Late Planting Sunrise Ceremony on Saturday morning. Three Arrows said, “You all need to go,” then looked at me, pointed his finger and said, “especially you.”
It’s 4 am on Saturday, June 12, 2010 and it’s the New Moon. I packed the car and showered the night before. By the time I leave the driveway it’s exactly 4:30. The ride is flawless with almost no traffic and almost all green lights. As I enter Mattapan Square I notice several seagulls fly across my path, left to right and right to left, as I start up Blue Hill Ave.
I arrive at the Brookline Reservoir and discover that I’m driving right behind Aziza. I make a U-turn at the light and park across from the Reservoir. I get out of my car to make sure she sees me. She does, and parks right in front of me. I go across the street to find the entrance and a tall man, with a Collie dog, walks up and greets me. He asks if I’m here for the Sunray Meditation and I say yes.
As he walks on, I return to Aziza and we decide to put our bags in the trunk so we have less to carry. I give her one of the two walking/ceremony sticks I brought and we each carry a folding chair in a carry case on our shoulders. We walk across the street, along the fence and up to the opening where we can enter the park area.
We navigate down a steep grassy slope and appreciate the mildness of the morning and the beauty of the clear blue sky. As the ground levels off I see 4 big grey-black feathers lying close together on the grass. I pick them up and bring them to where Jeanne is setting up next to the pond. There’s a single feather lying on the ground in front of her so I place the four feathers on the ground in the four directions around the central feather. Then I see 3 more smaller feathers on the ground nearby. I gather them up and place one next to the central feather but in the opposite direction. Now, one central feather represents pointing to heaven and Father Sky and the other represents pointing to earth and Mother Earth. The remaining two feathers I place in the northeast and southwest.
We begin the ceremony using our sticks for The Dance that Sweeps Away Illusions. Carol Ann joins us. Then we do the Dance of the Four Directions, 9 times. Jeanne had set up an altar and we do the Sunray Basic Meditation. We finish by making prayers and cornmeal offerings.
As we prepare to leave, I gather the 8 feathers and offer one to each person. I think they must be goose feathers. Then we say our goodbyes and depart.
As Aziza and I make our way back to the opening in the fence I notice two tiny baby birds, each with a white ring of feathers around its neck, sitting at the bottom of a double trunked tree with green growth in a couple of spots. I point them out to Aziza thinking what a beautiful picture that would make.
As we stop to admire them, the one on my right flies toward me. I have a momentary flash of remembrance of being a small child swinging on the swing in my back yard. A hummingbird flew over and hovered, buzzing in front of my face. I screamed in terror, thinking it was a huge insect, and ran away.
This little bird flies right up to me and lands on my left shoulder. I stand very still. Then it flies up and sits on the top of my head. I can feel its tiny claws on my scalp. It stays there for about a minute and seems to like it up there. I’m in a state of quiet disbelief that this is happening to me. After a while I put my finger on my head and try to get it to step onto my finger but it seems content to just sit where it is.
I walk over to the tree and try to gently sweep it onto the tree but it doesn’t move. Eventually, the little bird decides to step onto my finger. I see how truly tiny it is – about the size of a golf ball or avocado seed – and notice that it must be a baby because its feathers are still fluff in places. Baby bird and I greet each other face to face before it flies away. I asked Aziza what happened to the other one and she said it flew away when this one came to me.
Aziza and I are both awestruck. She says, “It went right to your crown chakra. This is very auspicious! I’m going to look up birds in my medicine cards book when I get home.” Nothing like this has ever happened to me, ever. I was deeply moved, honored, humbled. Tears of gratitude and awe welled up in my eyes and heart. We stopped a few more times as we ascended the hill. I looked at Aziza and each time I say, “Wow!”
Seagulls. Goose feathers. Baby birds. I can still feel the baby bird’s claws on the top of my head. I wonder what happens next with all this bird medicine around me.
This event showed me that I have evolved to a place of centeredness and inner peace sufficient enough to attract this baby bird. It has not yet learned to fear so it came to commune with me. I am so grateful.
